Welcome new Head of Development

 

We welcome Stephen Cain this month, who joins us as our new Head of Development. “I am really excited to be joining Crossover Technologies at such key time in their development.  After many years working with and for enormous organisations it’s great to become part of an agile, focused team using innovative technologies in such a varied and interesting space," says Stephen,

"I'm sure we will deliver a huge amount of innovation over coming months and years, building on the brilliant work I've already seen here, and ... hopefully adding a few tricks of my own!” he adds.

Stephen brings 25 years of software development experience and, in his previous role as Chief Architect at Capita Software Services, he worked on multi million pound projects in Government, Social Housing, Insurance, Payments, Education, Benefits, Mobile & Digital Engagement nationwide... Big challenges within sensitive operations where usability, security & reliability were vital.

He's travelled a fair bit too, having worked with development teams in Costa Rica, India, Poland, Germany and Bulgaria as well as across the UK on all kinds of technologies.

We're hoping he'll stay put for a while now...
