Any item you create in XPOS can be sent directly to your website, meaning stock items only need to be created once.  Used in conjunction with XCODES, you’ll save hours of administration – simply click on the products you want to display, and all that information will get sent to your website. After that, all you need to do is add any extra text or images, and you’re done!

From pricing, stock management and reporting, XCONNECT enables you to manage your product and sales data in one place, avoiding additional man hours and any duplication.


XCONNECT is perfect for XPOS customers just venturing into the world of e-commerce.

We’ll provide an API document to your web developer, who’ll set up the XCONNECT link for you. All your products from XPOS can be uploaded via the API.  Then, depending on the size of your business, it may just be a couple of hours before you’re up and running.

Whilst e-commerce is the usual partnership for XCONNECT, we do have customers who benefit from using the API in other ways: for example, to extract data for a third-party CRM.

Similarly, you don’t have to be entirely new to e-commerce to enjoy XCONNECT. We can also introduce this powerful API to your existing online business.  Be aware that there maybe some work required to move from your existing product set-up to the XCODES database. But, once you’re up and running, you’ll soon benefit from the time savings!
