Step up to March

 

March is usually 50% bigger than February for UK Pro Shops, in terms of sales. It's often the unofficial start of the season, and you'll be ordering clothing and hardware, now that you've sold off your Autumn stock. Plan to sell, and replace, new stock within 3-4 months and you'll see a vast improvement in stock turn during the year.
