Our Customer Support Pledge

We want to provide our valued customers with an excellent customer experience in order to do this from 2017 we are offering a new Support Pledge.

Our response SLA for system down issues - 1 working hour
(for example, your PC is down or you are unable to make sales)

Our response SLA for non-service impacting issues - 3 working hours
(for example, you are still able to make sales)

You can call your Support Team on 01454 418395, we are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

For critical system faults, we are also available for weekend support cover (9am to 5pm).

For non-urgent queries, you can also contact our team via email support@crossovertec.co.uk or via our twitter account @CT_HelpTeam, which is monitored daily.

We pledge that we will be able to respond within the times given and provide a resolution plan. If we fail to achieve this we will give you three months of XCODES free of charge.

*Please note that we cannot offer SLAs for 3rd party hardware and software. (This includes credit card terminals and ball machines.)
