Our customer of the month, Mark Rogers of the York Golf Club, proves that with a little preparation, you can make much better stock decisions for your business.
We all know the situation. The sales rep comes into your shop with last year’s purchase report. You have been busy all morning and have not had time to prepare for the rep coming in but are pretty sure you know what sells.. Sound familiar?
Our Customer of the month decided that this wouldn’t be him this year. Prior to the appointment, Mark ran a few simple reports from his XPOS system and as a result his profit margins soared.

Mark continues,

By using this strategy, he avoids buying products that won’t sell and frees up cash to invest in more profitable products.
