
Customer Spotlight: Ian Walley, Kedleston Park Golf Club
Ian Walley at Kedleston Park Golf Club has been a customer of Crossover for the last 4 years. He used the system as effectively just a “cashing up” until recently when he had a visit from one of the Crossover team and really started to use XPOS to its full capabilities.
As Ian explains,
“XPOS has always helped with my stocktaking but after a meeting with Mark, my eyes were opened to how I could create huge profit margin gains for my business.”
Our Sales Manager, Mark, showed Ian how to run 3 simple reports from his EPOS system which has revolutionised how Ian approaches his stock.
“It was the stock turns report that really resonated with me. I suddenly realised that although I may have been buying the right stock, I didn’t need to buy for the whole season – or more – at once”
By working in this way Ian has freed up some extra cash to invest in products that are actually giving him profit.
“There has been a clear impact on my bottom line. I work hard and it’s nice to see that reflected in the profit that I now make.”
