What does your typical day look like at Crossover?

I manage the support team so my day consists of ensuring that our customers are getting the expert support we promise. Overseeing the communication with our partners in the UK, Europe and Australia. Gathering figures and stats to ensure that our SLA’s are being adhered to. Coming up with new ideas to improve the Support Team.

What can customers come to you for advice / help with?

Customers can come to me if they need advice on any of our products and more importantly if they feel aggrieved or if we can improve our service.

What's your favourite Crossover product and why?

My favourite Crossover product is XPOS because you can make sales, manage your stock levels (so you don’t overstock items, therefore saving you money!), manage your customer accounts and set up security so you know your business is in safe hands if you’re not at the store. Most importantly, you can look at your reports to ensure everything is adding up properly and then adjust stock and staffing levels to make your business more profitable.

Explain how working with Crossover Technologies benefits its customers

Retail Professionals - We provide our customers with professional and experienced advice on making the most out of the reports the customer can get from XPOS therefore saving the customer money.

Expert Support - When a customer has a query or problem we are there to help.

In house developers – If a customer would like an additional feature that would benefit their business our in house developers would look at adding it onto XPOS.

I am a proud family man with two young boys and a loving wife. My hobbies are socialising, fitness and golf so working for an industry leader in golf suits me to the tee.
