Patrick Smith is Head PGA Pro at Kidderminster Golf Club and switched to XPOS from another system last year.

XPOS is great for looking at dead stock and I can quickly see what’s selling and what isn’t,” says Pat. “My last till system wasn’t anywhere as in depth.  It’s so easy to look around the shop and try to work out what you’ve sold, but the chances are you won’t get it right.”

The pro shop used to stock “loads” of golf balls but, when Pat looked at the reports from his XPOS system, he could see that he didn’t need to order such large quantities. “I’ve had the best year ever on balls. The pro shop now carries far less stock overall and, as a result, Pat hasn’t had to worry about discounting excess stock at the end of the season.
