Welcome to our new Support Team Manager, David Martin, who will be leading our team of support technicians through this new exciting phase of our business. David has over 20 years of experience in customer service and technical support. He's an advocate of first class customer experience: openly encouraging support teams to work together, think outside the box and share knowledge.
Before joining XPOS, David worked as part of a corporate technical support team infrastructure, delivering services to customers around the world and has a background of working with companies such as GE, DELL, EMC and OpenText.
We're excited to work with David - albeit it remotely for now - and wish him every success here at XPOS.
