We're all finding new ways of working these days and one way we've adapted is to ensure we can deliver great installation and training, remotely. We've had great feedback from new customers since we began the new option, which has really taken off since the Covid-19 pandemic. Business systems trainer John Williams believes it's the flexibility and convenience of bite size chunks of training that really appeals to the busy golf professional.
Says John, "Pre Covid, we'd spend a day, or sometimes 2 days, on site, to get everything set up for the new customer, and train the team. Since shops reopened in May, most golf pro's have been busier than they've ever been, which is great, but a day out for training on a new system wouldn't be welcome. I've found that booking in one, or two, hour-long slots here and there with the customer really suits everyone, gets the job done and keeps attention spans up too. It also gives the customer the chance to familiarise themselves with XPOS in between sessions and ask any new questions in the next slot".
