A Convenient Way to Become a Retail Whizz

New XPOS customers are now benefitting from faster, flexible, more convenient training with bite sized sessions with our Business Systems Trainer, John Williams.  Due to Covid restrictions, we've had to update our service to accommodate social distancing rules and have been delighted to receive fantastic feedback from customers about their experiences with our new remote training.

"During a busy Summer season, taking a day out for face to face training on a new system isn't always welcome", says John, "I've found that booking in one or 2 hour-long slots here and there with the customer really suits most people, gets the job done and keeps attention spans up too.  It also gives the customer the chance to familiarise themselves with XPOS in between sessions and ask any new questions at the next slot".
