Free Hotel Accommodation Voucher terms and conditions

The voucher entitles two people sharing a twin or double bedroom to free accommodation for up to seven nights at participating hotels when you pay the stated minimum daily rate per person on meals (breakfast & dinner).
Single rooms may be available at a supplement.
The charges specified under each hotels entry on www.bestrewards.co.uk/hotels for daily rate are per person per night for breakfast and dinner. The cost of telephone calls, cigarettes, drinks etc. are separate. The hotel management reserve the right to charge the daily rate in full should meals not be taken or expenditure does not total the stated rate.
Discounts/offers may also be available for children and friends, check with the individual hotel at the time of booking.
The offer is subject to promotional availability, the individual hotels terms and conditions, and the discretion of hotel management.
Upgrades to sea views, four-poster rooms, suites etc. are subject to a supplement per person, per night.
Only original vouchers will be processed, your voucher includes your name and voucher code.
Counterpoint Promotions Ltd and / or the promoter cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from the use of this scheme.
Hotels reserve the right to alter prices or to withdraw the offer without notice. We recommend that you check with the hotel at time of booking that the rates and facilities contained on our website are correct.
This voucher is non transferable and cannot be resold. The cash value of the voucher is 0.001 pence.

Free "Week In The Sun" Voucher terms and conditions

1. This offer provides seven consecutive nights free holiday accommodation for a minimum 2 adults and a maximum of 4 people sharing a one bedroom (sleeps 4) apartment. It does not include travel or food or drink. Voucher holders must be UK or ROI residents aged 18 years or over.

2. Your accommodation is provided by Avanti Passport which is a trading name of Leisure Dimensions Limited of Unit D, Block4, Shannon Business Park, Shannon, Co. Clare, Ireland. Once your reservation is made your contract is with the participating resort and is subject to the normal terms and conditions.

3. Please note that our resorts are best suited to couples and families.

4. This offer is subject to promotional availability, which may be very limited during peak periods such as school holidays. There is no booking fee. It is advisable to book early.

5. Leisure Dimensions Limited reserves the right to change the resort destinations available.

6. This is an accommodation only offer you will need to arrange your flights, car hire and other travel services. When a reservation has been confirmed the voucher holder must provide Avanti reservations with confirmation that travel arrangements have been booked. If confirmation of travel is not received within 21 days of your booking confirmation or within 7 days prior to arrival, which either is sooner, Leisure Dimensions Limited reserves the right to cancel the reservation without compensation.

7. Only one voucher may be used per booking and household. This offer is valid for new bookings only.

8. Only original vouchers with completed name and address details will be accepted. Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

9. You will be required to present your completed voucher upon arrival in the resort.

10. All passengers must have adequate travel insurance before traveling. Meals, transport and personal expenses are not included. There is no obligation to purchase meals, drinks etc during your stay in the resort.

11. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, it is non transferable and cannot be resold. Cash value 0.001 pence.

12. Counterpoint Promotions Ltd reserves the right to provide an alternative offer of equal or greater value without prior notice.

13. Some resorts may charge a deposit until your booking is confirmed or upon check in, this will be fully refundable upon arrival or departure.

14. No cancellations or amendments can be made once your booking has been confirmed.

15. You will be responsible for any damage to the apartment/resort during your stay.

16. Leisure Dimensions Limited nor the promoter can be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes and destinations.

17. We reserve the right to amend the terms of this offer without notice in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or event of a similar nature.

18. The booking instructions, how to book and all other information contained in this leaflet also form part of the terms and conditions.
