| Thanks to the hundreds of customers that responded to our recent customer satisfaction survey. The information provided is very interesting and will give us lots of opportunity to better serve you in the future. Some very positive points came out from the survey including a 98% customer recommendation rate and a 97% satisfaction rate for our service and help desk. Still some room for improvement but at least we are going in the right direction. | |

| We are very excited to announce that we have opened a new help desk in Karstad - Sweden. Crossover Technologies have teamed up wtih Minduse IT - a leading EPOS support provider to assist all our independant Swedish, Danish, Norwegan and Finish customers. Minduse IT will be providing 1st and 2nd line support and installation service for our range of Crossover products. This will provide great benefits to our SGF customers who can now get support 6 days a week. | |

| In a continued effort to invest in our team we have recruited a new member of staff to strengthen our support and development capabilities. Julian has joined us from the RAC where he worked developing and supporting their in house EPOS systems. With over 5 years experience in the support and development environments we hope he will add real value and provide customers with help when they need it. | |

| The latest version of XPOS adds a range of new features including: -Orders will now display the report logo, if present (C:\XPos\ReportLogo.jpg). -Updated layout of the order print. -An additional message can be added to bottom of the order print via the Companies screen (Utilities). -The Dallas key number is now stored in the currently active field when used in the Staff Wizard. -GIT now has check boxes for each player/competition to load to the payments screen. -A Menu option added for profile viewer (Automatic Orders), which shows the profile on the local system instead of the Profile to be downloaded. -Automatic Orders now has a load new product when editing orders, this loads the CPC data and allows you to add products not currently in XPos. -Modified the Customer Export to include extra fields. | |
