	Content module Create new, update and delete custom pages such as About us, delivery information, special offers, competitions etc.
	Reporting module Generate reports for orders, customers and products by day, month, year.
	Web Order Process module View process orders, update the status of order for customers to see (if you have chosen the track orders module), print receipts, view failed orders, update orders, inform the customer that the order has been shipped etc.
	Customer Reviews module Customer reviews can be used to provide feedback on products. New reviews can be gathered from existing customers, which can be moderated in the admin area and displayed on product pages.
	Search Engine Optimisation module We will submit your sitemap to the relevant search engines and submit your products to Google shopping/Googlebase to help get your website in search engine search results. We will also setup a Google Analytics account so you can track traffic and user behaviour to your site. In the admin area you can add keywords, description and Internet browser page titles to product groups, products and custom pages to maximise search engine rankings for your website. Please note that this will be your responsibility to add the keywords etc and if you require assistance then let us know and we can advise you on the best way to go about this.
	Wishlists (saved baskets) and Gift Registry module Allow your customers to save their baskets to purchase items at a later date or do repeat orders. Add a Gift Registry to allow their friends and family to log onto your website and order items from the registry.
	Product Browsing History and Recommendations module Functionality to track what products your customer has been browsing during their visit to your website. This module will display these products on the product details page so the customer has a record of where they have been and increase buying potential. This module also recommends items depending on what your customer has been browsing i.e. Customers who bought this also bought.... This helps increase sales as the website might suggest something the the customer that they haven't thought of.
	Price On Application (POA) Products module This module removes the "Add to basket" button on selected products and replaces the button with a custom message of your choice. I.e. "This product cannot be purchased online, please call us on xxxx xxxxxx for more information".
	Compare Products module This module will add a "Compare product" checkbox next to the products so they can be easily added to the compare products page so the customer can see the differences between their chosen products.
	Product Gallery Images module A gallery of product images with one main "hero" product image and a number of thumbnail images underneath the "hero" image. If a customer clicks on a thumbnail image, this will change the "hero" image to reflect the thumbnail in a larger format.
	Sort Products by Price (high - low) module Adds Links/buttons/drop down on the sub category pages to allow the customer to sort products by price.
	Featured Product module A selection of pre-determined featured products shown one at a time on the website. Access to the admin area so you can maintain this feature. i.e change the products in the featured products area on a daily or weekly basis.
	Catalogue Request module A new web page with a form that customers can fill in their details and submit their catalogue request to a designated email address.
	Coupons module This module allows you to discount products/orders by creating coupons/vouchers in the admin area that customers can add to their basket before checkout. Discounts available: buy 1 get 1 free, buy x product get y product free,% discount on product or order total.
	Track Orders module Customers will have the ability to login to their account on the website to track their orders. I.e. see if it has been dispatched etc.
	Browse by Brand module Browse products by brand or supplier. This will be a list of brands or supplier along the lines of the browse by category.
	SSL certificate module An SSL (secure Socket Layer) certificate gives customers the confidence and peace of mind to purchase from your website.
	Image processing module If you do not have time to process and upload all your images to the correct height and width then we can do this for you.
	Template design If you do not already have a design for your website we will be happy to design one for you.
