DataTrac - The Web Reporting Solution

DataTrac is a web based real time* reporting solution for retailers with multiple outlets. It can provide up to the minute stock and sales information for an individual shop, group of shops or a complete group.  

DataTrac stores all historic sales transactions as well as the stores current stock position. This enables manages to get up to the minute account of the stock and sales position of any of their connected stores. The data comes in virtually real time.

Any outlet running XPos can be included in the reporting system. Simply install the DataTrac service on to the EPOS server in the branch and it will manage the transmission of data over the internet to the main reporting server. Once a transaction is complete and the EPOS terminal is idle the DataTrac service will start to send information to the central server. All outstanding sales records and any stock changes are updated on to the main server in a matter of seconds.

The DataTrac reporting tool is accessed online via a secure login. Once in the system you have a variety of different reports. These can be specified for an individual shop, group of shops or the entire group over all.
