XPos Pro
Specifically designed to make your business more profitable and yet your life easier, XPos Pro is the staff-friendly system that utilises the latest technologies and numerous unique developments to simplify all of the tasks you currently do within your business. - Chip & Pin: Faster, more secure and potentially cheaper than your standard PDQ machine - if you have a broadband connection then you will want to find out more. Running through your internet connection, this option stops all dual entry issues, is quicker and could save you money.
- Promotions Module (Incl Dual Screen): Two benefits in one - this module firstly allows you to pre-plan promotions, so that you could let XPos automatically discount (or use any of the numerous promotion options) over a set period of time. You also get the option to utilise a second customer-facing screen, this allows you to display promotions either in a rotational show, or based on an item that is scanned.
- MultiSite: If you run more that one site, then this software is invaluable. It allows you to share Product Information, send stock and even log on to the other sites.
- Email Marketing: Xpos has an inbuilt Emailing/SMS option, but if you are interested in targeted campagins, then our integration with Impact Data will do this for you. Rather than send out mass emails in the hope that people will respond, you can target your audience and send emails or texts based on their actual spending habits. You can even then monitor their reaction to those emails, to see exactly what they are intersted in.
- Lesson Booking: Take control of your lessons. With our XBook Lessons software, you can make sure that all lessons are monitored - with the ability to monitor outstanding packages of lessons, full redemption reporting and even the option to view your own diary online. You could even let the customers book their own lessons (with full restriction options to stop people from over booking!).
- Ecommerce Link: Take your Xpos products online - and start selling! Whether you have your own Ecommerce site, or you want us to create one for you, our Web Sync software means that you only have one point of entry for all of your products. Simply decide which products you wish to start selling online, add some extra imaging and description (all within XPos) and then let WebSync do the rest. Not only does it upload the products for you, but it will also download all of the sales information from your online store. This means you can run reports within your XPos system for both the onsite and online store.
