With over 230 pro shops, the need for an integrated IT system was becoming necessary to facilitate and disseminate communications and technology among the group.

Objective
To bring all Foremost pros up to date in terms of their use of IT and to bring cost savings to the group through reduced admin costs and paperwork.

Actions

Email system for all pros set up
Interactive website development set up, whereby Crossover designs and maintains the sites but the pro can
access and change pages which need regular updating.
Central ordering introduced, so that the group can order in bulk to save on distribution costs.
On online newsletter developed, and a website chat room for the group.

Results

Pros have noted a far more efficient admin and ordering system since these measures were put in place.
